Privacy notice
This notice describes the production-shaped pilot controls. It is not yet the final public policy; hosting jurisdiction, named subprocessors, a verified privacy-contact route, and legal review must be completed before public traffic.
What the pilot records
Verified identity subject and email, policy acceptance and trial expiry, bounded campaign attribution, studies, authorized source metadata and content, research and analysis runs, artifacts, capacity reservations, and security/evidence events. Attribution is limited to campaign tokens, landing path, and referring host; research questions, filenames, document text, and contact details are excluded from acquisition analytics.
Purpose and boundaries
Data is used to provide and protect the workspace, enforce access and per-user capacity, preserve evidence lineage, process deletion or revocation, and measure the disclosed signup-to-activation funnel. It is not sold and is not used for sensitive personal profiling.
Your controls
Users can export an actor-isolated ZIP and can revoke or delete sources even after trial expiry. Confirmed account deletion removes live studies, source content, analytical results, artifacts, entitlements, and unshared local files. Minimal pseudonymous security and evidence tombstones remain under a bounded retention basis. Encrypted recovery copies are marked erasure-pending and must expire from the isolated local and off-site backup prefixes within the displayed retention deadline; restored data must not re-enter live service.
Launch gates
The final policy must name the approved identity, edge, hosting, and backup providers and regions; verify a privacy-contact and correction route; state the lawful retention basis for immutable security records; and record the live backup lifecycle and restore test. No third-party advertising or session-replay tracker is enabled in this build.
Operator
TraceQuorum Research Lab is the public brand selected for this build. The legal operator identified by the owner is Advanced Idea Mechanics Inc., BC1292460, Burnaby, British Columbia. DBA registration and formal trademark clearance are not claimed.
